Demolition (and removal) of a water tower and various barrack type structures.
All notifiable asbestos was removed by a licensed asbestos removal company.
Following the asbestos removal, all of the building structures set for demolition were
soft stripped i.e. removal of carpets, wood (where possible), internal stud walls, debri,
old furniture, cables (where possible), suspended ceilings, light fittings, plug sockets,
windows, doors, electric panels, including the removal of all non-notifiable asbestos.
The water tower was demolished using our state of the art high reach demolition
specification excavator with suitable attachments.
The rest of the buildings set for demolition were then demolished to floorslab level. |
