Demolition (and removal) of a number of various structures to ground level.
- Starting with soft strip of all structures, i.e. removal of carpets, wood (where possible), internal stud walls, debris, old furniture, cables (where possible), suspended ceilings, light fittings, plug sockets, windows, doors, electrical panels, asbestos (by separate licensed contractor) etc.
- Demolition included a steel-framed factory building with external brick panels, a steel truss with tin roof covering; a two-storey building with external brick walls; a steel-framed single story building with some masonry.

Recycled content 95%:
- concrete and brick to A J Blake for crushing and selling on as recycled aggregates
- steel and copper to licensed metal merchant for selling on as recycled metals
